The protection of your personal data is a top priority for FERDINAND SCHAD GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SCHAD GMBH). In the following, you will receive information about the handling of your personal data.
In accordance with Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DSGVO), this data protection declaration explains what information is collected on our website and the use of the SCHAD GMBH service through your visit or contact and how this information is used. However, the declaration does not apply to websites of other companies that contain a link to this website or to which our website has provided links.

I. Legal basis, collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store access data without personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you visit us or the name of the requested file. This data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of improving our services and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Personal data is only collected within the scope of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b if you provide it to us as part of your order for goods or voluntarily provide it when opening a customer account, creating an offer or registering for our newsletter (in connection with the automatic creation of a user account) as well as for service requests. We use the data you provide without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of the purpose associated with the respective data collection, e.g. consultation after data verification, dispatch, return transfers.
If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you by e-mail, by phone, by fax or by post. We process your information to answer your enquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 b, f DSGVO). The communication of address and telecommunication data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to process and respond to your request. The voluntary provision of further data facilitates the processing of your enquiry. Providing you with the best possible services is our legitimate interest, insofar as we process your data on this legal basis.
We usually store the information from your enquiry for 1 year after answering the enquiry in case of further enquiries, if it does not concern commercial or business letters; we store these for at least six years in accordance with the statutory provisions (§ 257 para. 1 no. 2, para. 4 HGB, Art. 6 para. 1 c DSGVO).
When you register for the newsletter, your name and email address will be used with your consent for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which is possible at any time. For all data processing procedures (e.g. collection, processing and transmission), we proceed in accordance with the statutory provisions in compliance with the BDSG and TMG.
II. Disclosure of personal data
Your personal contact data will only be passed on insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of the tasks. This includes, in particular, the processing of orders, the opening of a customer account, the preparation of offers or the implementation of commissioned services (e.g. newsletter, callback). Within the scope of this implementation, your data will be passed on to the extent necessary to service providers commissioned by us, who are also obliged to comply with data protection regulations. These are mainly shipping companies, credit institutions, suppliers and debt collection companies.
We do not pass on information to other third parties for marketing purposes of other companies. The processing of partner offers that you find on our websites takes place directly via these partners.

IV. Duration of data storage
We usually store the information from your enquiry for 1 year after answering the enquiry in case of further enquiries, if it does not concern commercial or business letters; we store these for at least six years in accordance with the statutory regulations (§ 257 Para. 1 No. 2, Para. 4 HGB, Art. 6 Para. 1 c DSGVO). The data in your customer account will be stored for the duration of the order processing or as long as you hold them in your customer account.
V. E-mail communication
You have the option of contacting us by e-mail. When you contact us, we use the personal data that you voluntarily provide in this context solely for the purpose of contacting you and processing your enquiry. If you give us your consent With your express consent, which can be revoked at any time, we will inform you by e-mail to the extent of the consent you have given, namely regularly for the purposes of our own market research, the organisation of competitions and for advertising about our products and their benefits. We process the mandatory information you provide when you give your consent in order to send you the promotional message and to be able to address you personally. VI. Transmission of data via the internet
Sensitive data, such as login, password, address data, information about your payment methods, credit card data credit card details or account details for direct debits are only transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS / SSL) and stored on security servers. The electronic payment process is handled by the company Mollie B.V..
VII. Use of cookies
In order for you to be able to order in our online shop, a so-called long-term cookie is set when you call up certain Internet pages. This is a small text file that remains permanently on your computer. The sole purpose of this file is to enable you to use certain applications, e.g. our shopping basket system. VIII. Use of analytics services
  1. Google RemarketingThis website uses Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer if you have accessed our website via a Google advertisement. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
