I. Legal basis, collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. We only store access data without personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you visit us or the name of the requested file. This data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of improving our services and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Personal data is only collected within the scope of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b if you provide it to us as part of your order for goods or voluntarily provide it when opening a customer account, creating an offer or registering for our newsletter (in connection with the automatic creation of a user account) as well as for service requests. We use the data you provide without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of the purpose associated with the respective data collection, e.g. consultation after data verification, dispatch, return transfers.
If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you by e-mail, by phone, by fax or by post. We process your information to answer your enquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 b, f DSGVO). The communication of address and telecommunication data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to process and respond to your request. The voluntary provision of further data facilitates the processing of your enquiry. Providing you with the best possible services is our legitimate interest, insofar as we process your data on this legal basis.
We usually store the information from your enquiry for 1 year after answering the enquiry in case of further enquiries, if it does not concern commercial or business letters; we store these for at least six years in accordance with the statutory provisions (§ 257 para. 1 no. 2, para. 4 HGB, Art. 6 para. 1 c DSGVO).
When you register for the newsletter, your name and email address will be used with your consent for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which is possible at any time. For all data processing procedures (e.g. collection, processing and transmission), we proceed in accordance with the statutory provisions in compliance with the BDSG and TMG.
